The Ultimate Healing Experience

Amanda & Sacha

The Ultimate Healing Experience incorporates multiple healing modalities & practitioners into one 2 hour experience including a variety of yoga styles, breathwork, sound healing, ceremony, soothing therapies such as energy healing, intention setting, and meditation.

Fusing these practices together will aid in opening up & balancing energy, promoting rest & relaxation, calming the nervous system, encouraging creativity & self-expression and so much more!

These experiences allow participants to get a taste of different healing modalities to see which ones resonate with them. Participants will also learn tools, techniques and practices that they can take with them to use in their daily lives.

Amanda and Sacha are EPIC collaborators, and are excited to welcome Sundance to the May 20th UHE!

Please do bring a water bottle and yoga mat, blanket/pillow for comfortability and warmth on the floor. TVWF does supply gym mats for the concrete floor.

Amanda Ruschiensky

Amanda is a 200 E-RYT trained in vinyasa, hatha, yin and nidra styles of yoga. She is a Reiki Master offering Reiki healing and trainings to the Regina community. She loves incorporating sound healing, card pulling and other magical tools into her practices and offerings. Amanda’s passion and ability to lead as an elementary educator for almost two decades has flowed beautifully into her yoga instruction, Reiki healing and trainings and collaborations with fellow healers.

She is fearless when it comes to bringing as much love, light and healing to all spaces she steps into, from influencing the structure of the education system to creating healing events that spread across the community. A creator and connector by nature. Forever inspired by the depths and expansion of everyone’s journey, including her own.

Sacha Wolfson

Sacha Wolfson is the founder of Wolf Sun Wellness, a holistic wellness business dedicated to helping others cultivate balance, resilience, and inner strength through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.

An ERYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Life Awareness Breathwork Instructor, and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathwork Instructor, Sacha blends science-backed techniques with ancient practices to support both physical and mental well-being.

His journey began in 2016 after a knee injury led him to explore yoga as a tool for healing. What started as a simple daily practice quickly became a lifelong passion, inspiring him to pursue extensive training in pranayama, meditation, and movement. Through years of study and practice, he has experienced firsthand the transformative power of conscious breathing and mindful movement.

Whether working with athletes, those seeking stress relief, or individuals looking to deepen their mind-body connection, Sacha creates inclusive and impactful experiences that empower people to breathe deeper, move better, and live with greater awareness. Through Wolf Sun Wellness, he offers workshops, classes, and private coaching designed to support healing, performance, and personal growth.
